The CoconutWireless Network

Child Safety Standard

The Coconut Wireless Network · Version 1.0

Our commitment

The Coconut Wireless Network prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, on any part of the Platform — content, messages, profiles, tasks, and conduct.

Prohibited without exception

How to report

Every task, profile, review, and message on the Platform has a Report option. For child-safety concerns, you can also contact us via our Support page and select "Child safety concern." Reports in this category are reviewed ahead of all other reports.

What we do on a report

Content is removed and the account is suspended pending review. Where review confirms CSAE or child-endangering conduct, the account is permanently terminated and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or Fiji Police and any other authority required by law. We preserve associated records as required for law-enforcement purposes.

This is a zero-tolerance process — see Terms & Conditions §13.3 for the full policy.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including Fiji's Online Safety Act 2018, and the child-safety standards of the app stores and platforms we operate on (Google Play, Apple App Store, Meta). We have designated a child safety point of contact with authority over these processes.

Minors on the Platform

Users aged 16–17 may use the Platform as clients only, with parent/guardian consent, and with protections described in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy: no advertising, restricted messaging, and an under-18 indicator shown to providers they engage.
