The Coconut Wireless Network · Version 1.2 · Effective 27 August 2026 · Governed by the laws of Fiji
The Coconut Wireless Network operates an online marketplace platform (the Platform) that connects clients seeking services with independent providers.
The Coconut Wireless Network is not a service provider, contractor, employer, agent, or partner of any client or provider. The Coconut Wireless Network does not perform, supervise, guarantee, or warrant any services arranged through the Platform.
All agreements for services are made directly between the client and the provider. The Coconut Wireless Network is not a party to those agreements.
By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Platform Rules (Terms). Use of the Platform is subject to the eligibility rules in Section 2.
2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the Platform.
2.2 Users aged 16 or 17 (Minor Users) may register as Clients only. Minor Users may not register as, or add the role of, Provider or Supplier. Provider and Supplier accounts require you to be at least 18.
2.3 A Minor User must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By consenting, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the Minor User's behalf, accepts responsibility for the Minor User's use of the Platform, and agrees to be responsible for any obligations the Minor User incurs through the Platform, including payment obligations to Providers and Platform fees.
2.4 The Coconut Wireless Network may contact the nominated parent or guardian to confirm consent, and may suspend a Minor User's account until consent is confirmed.
2.5 Providers engaged by a Minor User acknowledge that the client is under 18 (the Platform displays this on the task) and must not perform work that it would be unlawful to provide to, or contract with, a person under 18.
2.6 Accounts of users found to be under 16 will be closed and their personal information deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Providers on the Coconut Wireless Network are independent contractors or businesses. They are not employees, agents, sub-contractors, or representatives of the Coconut Wireless Network.
The Coconut Wireless Network does not control how, when, or where providers perform their work. Providers set their own prices, availability, and work methods.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Coconut Wireless Network and any provider or client.
Clients must:

Users must not knowingly or intentionally avoid Coconut Wireless Network fees, invoices, charges, or obligations after being introduced through the Platform.
Platform Circumvention includes:
If the Coconut Wireless Network reasonably determines that Platform Circumvention occurred within twelve (12) months of introduction through the Platform, the Coconut Wireless Network may charge a Platform Circumvention Fee.
The Platform Circumvention Fee is:
whichever is greater. The fee is payable separately by both the Client and the Provider.
The Coconut Wireless Network may rely on Platform messages, user admissions, task history, quotes, invoices, account activity, documents, or other reasonably available information when determining whether Platform Circumvention has occurred.
The Coconut Wireless Network may suspend accounts, restrict quoting privileges, terminate accounts, recover unpaid fees as a debt, and recover reasonable legal or collection costs where Platform Circumvention is found to have occurred.
Our full Privacy Policy explains in detail what we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights and choices — this section is a summary.
The Coconut Wireless Network may collect names, contact details, addresses, dates of birth, TIN documents, business licences, trade licences, insurance documents, quotations, task details, photos, messages, ratings, reviews, invoices, payment records, and account activity. For Minor Users, this also includes the name and contact details of a parent or guardian and a record of their consent.
This information may be used to operate the Platform, verify Providers, process tasks, issue invoices, investigate disputes, monitor Platform Circumvention, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
The Coconut Wireless Network may share information with service providers, legal advisors, and regulators where required by law or necessary for Platform operations.
Users must not misuse, disclose, sell, copy, or distribute another user's personal or commercial information obtained through the Platform.
Users may receive confidential information through the Platform including contact details, addresses, pricing, quotations, job photos, business information, and Platform communications.
Users must keep this information confidential and use it only for legitimate Platform-related purposes.
This confidentiality obligation continues after an account is closed or these Terms are terminated.
By registering, users agree to receive notices, invoices, payment reminders, account updates, task alerts, dispute notices, Platform Circumvention notices, and legal communications electronically by email, SMS, phone call, or in-Platform message.
Users are responsible for maintaining current and accurate contact details on their account.
Providers are solely responsible for all income tax, value added tax (VAT), business licence obligations, statutory payments, record keeping, regulatory compliance, and any other tax or legal obligations arising from their activities on or through the Platform.
The Coconut Wireless Network is not an employer, payroll provider, tax agent, or withholding agent. The Coconut Wireless Network does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of providers.
The Coconut Wireless Network may review Provider documents such as TIN letters, business licences, trade licences, insurance certificates, and other supporting documents submitted during or after registration.
Verification means only that a document was submitted and reviewed. It does not constitute endorsement, certification, or a guarantee of authenticity.
The Coconut Wireless Network does not guarantee that a Provider is licensed, insured, qualified, competent, financially sound, or legally compliant.
Clients remain responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before engaging a Provider.
Users grant the Coconut Wireless Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, store, reproduce, and process task posts, photos, profile information, quotes, ratings, reviews, and messages for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
Users must not upload false, misleading, illegal, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or offensive content.
The Coconut Wireless Network may remove content at its discretion without notice where it determines such content breaches these Terms or applicable law.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all content and conduct on the Platform — profile photos and information, task listings and photos, quotes, in-Platform messages, reviews, and any other communication facilitated by or connected to the Platform, including any Facebook, Messenger, Apple, or Google integration we offer. It applies in addition to Section 12 (User Content Rights).
Users must not post, send, upload, or share:
This is in addition to, not instead of, the restriction on false, misleading, illegal, abusive, defamatory, and infringing content in Section 12.
Use the Report option available on tasks, profiles, reviews, and messages throughout the Platform to flag content or conduct that breaches this policy. Reports are reviewed by our team, who may remove content, warn or suspend the user responsible, or take the enforcement action described in 13.4. If you can't find a Report option for something you've encountered, contact us via our Support page.
Any account found to have posted, shared, or solicited CSAE material, or to have engaged in sexual solicitation of, grooming of, or sexualised conduct toward a Minor User or any person under 18, is permanently terminated immediately and without warning, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or Fiji Police and relevant law enforcement, as required by law. This action is final and not subject to the counter-notification process available for copyright disputes.
Where this policy is breached, the Coconut Wireless Network may, at its discretion and without prior notice: remove the content, warn the user, suspend or permanently terminate the account, restrict features such as messaging or quoting, and report the conduct to law enforcement or a relevant regulator where required or appropriate. Repeated or severe violations, and any violation involving CSAE, credible threats of violence, or illegal activity, result in immediate permanent termination. Conduct that may constitute an offence under Fiji's Online Safety Act 2018 — including posting an intimate image without consent or using the Platform to cause harm to an individual — will be reported to the Online Safety Commission and/or Fiji Police.
You can block another user at any time from Account > Blocked Users, or from their profile. Blocking prevents you and that user from messaging each other. Blocking a user does not itself notify our team — use Report (13.2) for content or conduct that breaches this policy.
Where the Platform integrates with or is accessed through a third-party platform — including Facebook, Messenger, Apple's App Store, or Google Play — users must also comply with that platform's applicable community standards and terms, including the Meta Community Standards, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and Google Play policies, to the extent they apply to a user's activity on the Platform.
Our designated child safety contact is responsible for child-safety reports, law-enforcement liaison, and compliance with applicable child-safety laws and app-store child-safety standards. Reach the child safety contact via the Support page — select "Child safety concern." Reports in this category are prioritised ahead of all other report types.
The Coconut Wireless Network may immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:
The Coconut Wireless Network reserves the right to report fraudulent conduct to regulatory authorities and to pursue recovery of losses through legal proceedings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Coconut Wireless Network is not liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Coconut Wireless Network's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total fees paid by that user to the Coconut Wireless Network in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Each user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coconut Wireless Network, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against all claims, losses, damages, legal costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
The Coconut Wireless Network is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
Users irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Fiji courts for the resolution of all disputes relating to these Terms.
The Coconut Wireless Network respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same.
You may only upload or post task photos, profile images, business logos, listing photos, or other content that you own, have created yourself, or have the necessary rights and permission to use. You must not upload content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of a third party.
If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us via our Support page with the following information:
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the user who posted it, and give that user an opportunity to respond where appropriate. We may request further information before acting on a notice.
If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may contact us with a counter-notice identifying the content removed and explaining why you believe it was mistakenly removed, together with your contact details and a statement of good faith and accuracy as set out above.
We will suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
